UFOC Plus Electronic Disclosure
Using this format option requires a computer with an internet connection, an email address, and Adobe Reader software. The computer must have enough memory available to open a 3,000 KB file size. The Adobe Reader software download is available free of charge from their website at www.adobe.com. The document will arrive as an email attachment in PDF format. If you already have a version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you may be required to update to the latest version of the Adobe Reader software to open the document. If you wish to print the document, this will require a printer with appropriate software installed on the computer. A printer is not required as signatures are captured electronically.

Email
Using this format option requires a computer with an internet connection, an email address, Adobe Reader software, and a printer.
