Comprehensive Training Program
Our training manuals, online training modules, and video presentations will arm you with the information you need to run a successful mobile floor and window coverings business. After you purchase the franchise, you receive six weeks of pre-training that you complete at home. You will be guided through this pre-training by members of the Nationwide corporate staff. Your pre-training will immerse you in product, sales, networking, and marketing knowledge. During pre-training, you will be assessed to verify not only that you are completing, but are also able to implement the information provided. Then, you will receive extensive classroom training at our corporate headquarters. This classroom training will be conducted by various staff members and industry experts. At our on-site training, you will actually be performing many of the tasks necessary to operate your business. We want to make sure that when you get back to your market, you hit the ground running. Of course, there is a lot to learn and you will need resources on an ongoing basis. Nationwide University is accessible on-line to help you learn all about your new industry. It is always available 24/7 as a constant reference tool.
Ongoing Training and Support
Your training does not end when you start operating your business. Our comprehensive operations manuals will be a source of ongoing reference and are conveniently accessed from our intranet (NationwideNet). Our annual meeting and regional workshops are always packed with sessions about new products, marketing programs, support systems, and a variety of other types of information. You are assigned a personal advisor who will be your business coach during regular support meetings. Your training and support advisor (TSA) will come and visit you after you have reached a pre-determined sales goal. During this field visit, he will make sure that your sales, marketing and administrative systems are set up to meet Nationwide's standards and specifications. Your TSA will assist you with your marketing plan plus analyze your management and financial reports. Your TSA and other members of the Nationwide HQ staff will also be available on an ongoing basis to assist you with any questions you may have. Mobile Technology
One of the biggest differences between us and our competitors is our mobile shop-at-home service. Since we are mobile, we need to make sure that we can operate many aspects of our business from the road. Our business start-up package includes many resources an owner needs to run his/her business from the road. From a fully featured laptop and mobile printer, to software running on that laptop to mobile devices designed to save steps along the way, we know that an owner with mobile technology is more efficient. Our customer relationship management (CRM) software has been customized to the needs of our franchise owners. The ability to access it on the road gives you the opportunity to manage your entire business remotely.
