In 1992, David Markwiese founded Nationwide’s unique mobile, shop-at-home flooring and window coverings service to provide busy families with a convenient alternative to the traditional retail shopping experience. With more than 35 years of experience as a Flooring Designer, Dave and his team bring extensive knowledge and expertise to every project, delivering personalized service tailored to each client’s needs.
Today, Nationwide provides residential and commercial flooring and window covering solutions throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
Nationwide also specializes in partnering with Fire & Water Insurance Restoration Companies, General Contractors, Insurance Companies, Home Builders, Remodelers, Interior Designers, Real Estate Agents, Educational Facilities, and Places of Worship. Our experienced team understands the unique needs of each industry and is committed to providing quality products, dependable service, and solutions that meet every project’s requirements.

Owner
David is our Shop-at-Home expert and designer, bringing more than 35 years of experience to every project. He takes the time to understand your style, needs, and vision, helping you find the perfect flooring and window covering solutions for your space. From the initial selection process through final installation, David personally oversees each project to ensure every detail is handled with care and that you are completely satisfied with the finished result.
Stacy Hormann
Business Manager
Stacy brings more than 28 years of business management experience, along with 25 years of experience in the flooring and window treatments industries. Her extensive knowledge of both business operations and the industry helps ensure that every aspect of the company runs smoothly and that our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.
Nic Veling
Design Consultant
Nic is a Shop-at-Home Consultant and Designer with 11 years of experience in the remodeling industry. He brings a knowledgeable, hands-on approach to every project, helping clients navigate the selection process and find products that fit their style, needs, and budget. From material selection through final installation, Nic works closely with each client to ensure a smooth experience and a finished project they’ll be proud of.

Marketing Manager
Kathy brings her marketing expertise to Nationwide, overseeing the team’s marketing initiatives and helping strengthen our brand and presence in the community.
